A message from our founder
How we build
FranchiseOS is not a demo that grew. It runs live outlets, takes real money at real counters, and is worked on daily. That shapes some unusual priorities:
An outlet that cannot bill is closed
Which is why offline operation is core architecture, not a feature we added later.
Being wrong quietly is the worst failure
A sync that fails silently, or a payroll calculation that is subtly wrong, does more damage than an obvious error. We build so failures are visible.
Franchises are not big restaurants
Royalty, inter-branch stock and consolidated reporting are structural, not add-ons on a single-outlet product.
Say what is true
Our comparison pages say where competitors are the better choice, and our product pages do not claim capabilities we have not built.
