Payroll that gets weekly offs right

Restaurant payroll is not office payroll. Staff work rotating shifts across branches, take weekly offs on different days, draw advances mid-month, and change branch. A generic payroll tool handles none of it.

Employees, attendance, leave, advances and salary payments live in one place, scoped per branch but visible across the business.

Payroll runs produce payslips with advances and adjustments applied, and salary can be paid out at shift close where that is how the branch operates.

Shift schedules and branch holidays feed attendance, so what someone is paid follows what they actually worked.

What's included

Salary & Payroll

Attendance-driven salary, payroll runs and payouts.

A weekly off is paid time, and getting it wrong costs real money

Treating a weekly off as an absent day silently underpays every employee who takes one — in our own audit that came to roughly 16% of monthly pay before it was fixed. The calculation here counts a weekly off as paid, and the maths is pinned by an automated test so it cannot regress.

Questions

Does it handle staff who work across branches?

Yes. Employees are scoped to branches, and attendance follows where they actually worked.

Yes. Advances are recorded and automatically deducted in the next payroll run.

Does it file PF and ESI?

Not currently. Payroll covers attendance, salary calculation, advances and payslips. Statutory filing is on the roadmap.
