FranchiseOS · Billing & POS
Billing built for a counter that cannot stop
Billing is the one screen that must never fail. If the cashier cannot raise a bill, the outlet is shut — no matter how good the rest of the software is.
The till takes orders, applies tax, prints the receipt and closes the shift with a cash count that has to reconcile. It runs on Windows as a desktop application, on Android, and in a browser, so a branch can use whatever hardware it already owns.
Every invoice is GST-compliant out of the box — GSTIN, tax breakdown and a print-ready format, with no manual calculation.
Shift close is a reconciliation, not a button. Opening float, cash sales, card and UPI totals, expenses paid from the drawer, and the physical count all have to agree, and the variance is recorded when they do not.
What's included

Bill Customisation
Custom receipt header, footer and fields.
Print Settings

UPI QR
Static UPI QR on the bill.

Send bills over WhatsApp. Org-wide: one WABA per org, and every message costs real money — this is a billing gate.
Sales belong to the business day, not the clock
A bill raised at 1am belongs to the previous trading day, because that is when the shift opened. Systems that attribute sales by calendar date split a single night's trade across two reports and make every comparison wrong. Here, a sale is attributed to the shift's business day — so late-night trade lands where the operator expects it.

Questions
Does billing work without internet?
Yes. The desktop till and the branch Local Hub keep billing and printing through an outage, then sync when the connection returns.
Is the invoice GST-compliant?
Yes — GSTIN, tax breakdown and print-ready format are built in, with no manual calculation.
Can each branch have its own bill numbering?
Yes. Each branch has its own bill series, so numbering stays continuous per outlet and holds up in GST reporting.
