FranchiseOS · Dine-in & Tables

Tables, rounds and one bill at the end

A dine-in table is not a single transaction. Guests order in rounds over an hour, the kitchen needs each round immediately, and the guest expects one bill at the end.

Each round sent to the kitchen prints only what was newly ordered, so the kitchen never re-cooks an earlier round. The table accumulates into one consolidated bill.

Tables are laid out in wings or sections that match the floor, and reservations hold a table ahead of time.

QR ordering lets guests order from the table on their own phone, straight into the same flow.

One table order, one bill — enforced, not hoped for

Multiple rounds against one table can easily become multiple bills in systems that treat each order as separate. Here, one table order produces exactly one sale, guaranteed at the database level, so a table cannot accidentally be billed twice.
